Craps is one of the most entertaining games in the entire casino next to online slots, and although it’s entertaining it’s also very expensive if you don’t use some basic strategy. Even with using a good strategy you could still lose a lot of money quickly based solely on other players on the table. I would recommend reading through the tips and strategies I have written below so that next time you want to play craps in the casino you have an idea of what you’re doing.

    * One of the most important tips to learn when playing craps is how to roll the dice. You don’t want to just whip the dice down the table because you won’t have any control over the spinning of the dice. You need to be able to control the dice to a certain extent when you roll and the only way to do that is by practicing. If you don’t want to learn how to roll the dice properly then you shouldn’t play craps in a land based casino because you’ll only upset players on the table. Also make sure when you roll the dice you avoid the dice hitting any chips on the table or anything because this often will result in people becoming very upset with how you roll.

    * Watch other players on the craps table the first round around the table and watch for who is rolling properly and who knows what they are doing. Typically about half the players on a craps table are there for fun whereas the other half of the players are there to make money. You want to bet more when a player who is playing to make money is rolling because often they know what they are doing and will roll for awhile.

    * If you bet the pass line which most players on the craps table do then you will want to make sure you make the follow-up bet behind the pass line bet because it pays out more.

    * It’s recommended that when you have a player rolling a number often you let your bet ride on that number for a few rounds and then take it down. You won’t make much money by playing the minimums every roll so when a roller is hot and hitting a certain number often don’t be scared to increase the bet.

    * Play the pokerstar hardways when you play craps especially when the point is on an even number. For instance, if the point is on 8 then you should be betting on an 8 hardway just in case it hits. If it doesn’t hit, but the 8 is still rolled then you will still make money so it’s worth playing the hardway for a small amount. With the hardway bets paying out 7:1 and 9:1 respectively depending on which hardway it is you have a nice profit margin which is worth playing.

Use the tips above to ensure that you’re ready to play craps next time you’re at the casino. Make sure you watch how others roll the dice and try to replicate the good rollers. You don’t want to roll the dice too lightly so that they don’t roll at all, but you definitely don’t want to haul them down the table either. You should roll them with control and soon you’ll notice that you won’t be rolling as many 7’s.

Caribbean stud is a popular card game in the Poker Stars.net casino and thousands of people play this game online and in land based casinos every single day. If you have never played Caribbean stud before it’s a really easy game to play and if you know how to play poker then you’ll have an easier time learning how to play the game. To start the game every player on the table who is playing needs to put in their ante bet which is usually $15.

After everyone has placed their ante into the pot the dealer will deal out five cards to each player face down. The dealer will also deal themselves five cards with the last card being flipped face up. Once the dealer is done dealing out the cards the player to the left of the dealer will go first and need to decide whether to fold or play the hand. If you want to fold then you will forfeit your ante bet and the hand is done for you. If you want to play the hand then you need to make a call bet which is twice the size of your ante bet so it would typically be $30.

The goal when you’re playing Caribbean stud is to make the best poker hand possible using your five cards, but one thing to remember is that the dealer needs to qualify. The better your hand is the higher the payout, but you will only be paid out if the dealer’s hand qualifies and in order for their hand to qualify they need to have an A/K or higher.

Generally you should use some simple PartyPoker strategies when you play the game and if you don’t have an A/K you should fold your hand because typically the dealer will qualify 50% of the time and you won’t make any money. When you have an A/K you could make the call because the chances of the dealer qualifying are slimmer if you hold an A/K by a bit, but this is still a risky play so be careful doing so. A lot of the time the dealer may also hold a pair as well so if you only have a small pair don’t feel like you’re automatically going to win. Typically the only time you win with a small pair is when the dealer doesn’t qualify which means you only make $15 on the hand with your ante bet which isn’t that great.
The one downfall of this game is the fact that when the dealer doesn’t qualify you only get paid out on your ante which isn’t that much. When you have a big hand and the dealer doesn’t qualify then you lose a lot of profits and it doesn’t help your bankroll out at all. Since the game is generally a fairly high stakes game you can win a bunch of small hands and add up a $500-$1000 profit in no time while playing Caribbean stud, but you could also lose a lot when the deck is cold for the players.

Have you ever done something that will actually cause other players to get up and leave the table? I don’t mean a quiet scowl, I mean a physical reaction to your play. I have, and I’ve seen it happen to others, as well.

Seems like there are a few triggers that can cause this to happen. One of which is splitting 10’s. There’s something about it that drives people crazy.

Now let’s be clear, splitting 10’s isn’t a serious offense or anything. You obviously can’t get kicked out of the online blackjack casino for playing this way. If anything they might bring you another drink in hopes you’ll do it again.

If you’re really curious about this one, here’s the bottom line. You already have 20. It’s just bad luck. It’s not an intelligent thing to do because you’re already in great shape to win the hand.

Now, why someone would leave has nothing to do with jealousy or professionalism or elitism. They’ll simply think you made a wrong move and are therefore the reason they’re not getting the cards they want to help them win. Yes, it’s selfish. Yes, it’s ignorant. And yes, it’s a bit ridiculous, but it’s still a widely held method of thinking for amateurs. In fact, someone might be looking at a cheat card while they’re criticizing you – I’ve seen this happen, as well.

Your play does technically affect others, but nobody who’s not counting really knows what the next card is going to be. As far as you or they know you’ll just as likely to help them as you are to hurt them by making a wrong move. But, what’s definitely going to happen is you’re more likely to hurt yourself. Why jeopardize a near sure-thing – of at least a push? Doesn’t make sense.

But it’s important to understand that while you’re playing your own hand for yourself on Golden Palace Casino, you are still part of a team. Every one of the players is working to put the dealer over. The dealer can only draw up to 17, and after that he’s forced to stand. So if you already have 20, your odds are very good against the dealer. Splitting 10’s reduces those odds, and thus runs contradictory to the goal of winning the hand. It also shows others that you’re not a good strategic team member, and that’s the main reason why they’ll get up and go elsewhere.
